• Trading Cards

  • All trading card sales (TCG, sports cards, etc.) are final. Due to the fluctuating market and to protect inventory integrity, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit on these items.

  • If an order is returned because a delivery signature was not obtained, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.  Example: If your order total is $100 and shipping + signature was $10, your refund will be $90.

• Everything Else (30 Days)

  • You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus the original shipping cost Toynado Alley incurred.

    • Example: If your order total was $100 and shipping was $10, your refund will be $90.

    • If an order is returned because a delivery signature was not obtained, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.

  • Items must be returned in new, unused, and unopened condition.

  • Returns that are damaged or opened may incur a 30% restocking fee, or we may return the item to you at our discretion.

  • If the return is due to a Toynado Alley error, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after the return is received and inspected.
